how Much and which fluid for brakes and clutch

Hi guys how much brake fluid will i need to completely change it and bleed the clutch?
and what do you recommend `m after a good quality dot 4 is the motul rbf 600 a bit ott as the car is not driven like its stolen

As above, used that and I think only needed less than 2 litres for the whole system (brakes and clutch). I bought 3 and kept some spare just in case anything cropped up and needed changing
