Audi 80 5x112 rotor, hub and caliper matching

I'm struggling with my 5 lug conversion on an audi 80 b4 tdi.
I've kind of sorted out the hubs, so i'm looking for an alternative to s2 brakes. The last paragraph matters.

Got the hub carriers from one cabrio v6 (the one with the bigger bearing) and i'm looking for the hub.
-From what I've heard, urs4/urs6 hubs may fit with minor machining but I couldn't have found any.
-S2 hubs are out of production.
-a4 b5 quattro rear hubs are pretty expensive as new since no aftermarket manufacturer produces them
-audi a4/100/200 5x112 hubs have minor height, with adaptions it may be possible to run but there are too many adaptions needed and it's not safe.

I found two other hubs that may fit.
-vw t4 . height is the same as the v6 hub that I have removed. The hub diameter is however bigger (141 compared to 127) and the bearing have one inner diameter (45) compared to the audi bearing that has two inner diametres (43 and 45)
-vw sharan/ford galaxy . Two millimeters smaller in height, again only one diameter on bearing side.

Tommorow I wil get both hubs for examining. By machining the outter diameter, the t4 theoretically should fit, along with the rest of assembly. If it doesen't match, i will keep looking for the scrapyard alternatives.

However, i need your help for the rotors and brake calipers.
I currently have the 256mm rotor setup. I don't want to redrill them so I'm looking for a complete setup swap. I can't find any cheaper alternative to s2 calipers even though i found s2 rotors for cheap. Sharan calipers maybe? Any other choices?
Should say it must be cheap and findable. Boxster calipers is an easy choice but way over budget. Girling 60 are cheap but can't find any nearby.
A4 rotors along with calipers? or other alternatives?

Well i know about the hubs. If I couldn't make any cheap hub fit, I will go with the a4 rear hub since is more available than the others.

What I`m asking is about the front brakes. I can't find any setup to fit, bolt-on, that is easy to find.
The perfect scenario is to find some s2 caliper mounts as I could get s2 rotors for cheap, then I can play with various calipers. However s2 calipers are nearly impossible to find, even though it's not only s2 that has them.

I'm looking for other alternatives for s2 brakes.

I have readed somewhere that the a4 b5 rear disc (bearing is in the disc) would fitt perfectly and easey. If you search on "sooty 80 tdi" on google, he has alot of threads around and did this conversion.

That's for the rear, thank you, no issues with the rear.

I know the Sooty project, but he uses redrilled front discs, which I wouldn't use.
The front brakes is what i'm asking for.

Fronts are just Girling G60 as fitted to many V6 models.
