    Brake porn...

Thought I would post some pics of my brake conversion. Though on a Porsche it is in RS Blue....

Big lumps, the picture of the fronts on a desk is showing it sat on an A4 piece of paper.. They certainly stop me quicker...

Nice! They should make your eyes bleed when you ask for anchors.

Lovely stance on that too. Very very nice.

Yes just got to put these on. GT2 wheels are 12" as opposed to 11" rears and 8.5" as opposed to 8" fronts.

It makes a bigger difference than you would think.

are you missing the caps off the pistons.

can say the weight nearly doubles when the pads are in. not weighed mine either.

Beautiful car and beautiful colour !

I have a set of these to put on my RS2, you could help me with the part number of the pads ?? Need to paint them red..

These are originally for ceramic discs and there should be some ceramic insulators in the pistons, I guess they are not essential but the pistons would be further extended in normal operation...

                    Here are some pics...

                    Thanks

depends what pads you want to run

i ran red stuff first time. there was little choice. they were 150 at the time.

this time, for now i have some apex pads from ebay. 20 quid delivered. recon they cant sell um. not may need cheap pads for a 120k car.

ill report on the cheapest pads in history for a 6 pot caliper when i have um running

i dont have them. the reds fell apart when i took them out of the calipers. you can get the exact measurments from the web. even drawings.

be careful lots of the pics are not the right pads. THese are the correct ones.

The ceramic caps are in the Pistons, funny mine were red when I got them and painted them yellow.

I'm running Pagid RS29 pads, £400 a set but work incredibly well.

                              Cheers David.....
