330 x 28 is 996TT & C4S
294 x 24 is Carrera 2/4
Don't forget the 996 has the opposite weight distribution of out cars, circa 40% front, 60% rear.
These calieprs will work for sure, but as above you will need to use an adjustable bias valve to get them balanced with the fronts other wise they will be locking up early, triggering the ABS or worse, making the car switch ends. It's a lot of expensive to go to when actually you can't use them to their full potential. Just my 2c
