I'm running 314mm Discs and the set up I have is:

      Porsche 996 c4 calipers
      Part no. 996 351 425 &
      996 425 426

      Porsche 996 c4 pads, I've used Ferodo DS2500 pads
      Part no. FRP 3051 H

      X2 brackets part no. GSA 8A0 615 125 A

There may well be other ways of using the 314mm discs but for me this works great
      Hope that helps

I just googled the PN and several options come up, including Audi Tradition:

To tag on this thread , I've a set of 996 TT calipers and I've read all the upgrade threads and it's confused me even more

I would like to get these calipers under 16" Avus standard alloys and I also have Bambridge spacers on the car, can this be achieved with the RS2 brackets? And if so what disc size would be best. Cheers all

With rs2 bracket they are tooo close and they touch inside of the wheel under heavy breaking but if you use 15mm spacer they thet do work.
I use 314 mm disc with my set up but also I can change for 323 mm.

996 TT calipers are a fair bit bigger than the 425/426 units off the lesser 996 - I very much doubt you would ever fit them under 16s.
Also the mounting spacing is larger. HTH

Yes you are right , I have missed the '' TT '' thing, and these calipers can not be bolted to Rs2 bracket due to different spacing.

In my set up I have 996.351.425/426 and this just about worked on standard 16'' wheel + 15 mm spacer.

Thank you mate. I've had this brake upgrade job on the back burner for a couple of years now and finally got some nice calipers and since the car now needs new bushes etc on the front and new boost hoses it's time to give the car a bit of love as I've sort of neglected it recently ! But reading the threads on disc size, brackets, calipers wheel size it's a tad confusing! I understand that I won't be able to use the alloys on it ( standard) shame as they've been refurbed and are v nice but hey., so be it. Guess s4 b5 17s will be required. And as I had measuresd space between pads for discs it's pretty wide so was kinda thinking 30mm will be too thin ?
