    Finally I did mine conversion.
330mm AP Racing rotors with custom made brake calliper holder
Custome made parts are from Certal

It would be useful to know the exact dimensions (diameter/width) and the part number of these discs if genuine AP Racing. Obviously the bells and brackets have already been made so any details of those would also be useful.
Depending on the price differential I would guess that people would source the discs locally. However the discs and bells could be sourced from whoever offers them!
Would there be a floating option as well?

With a stock pad friction width of 61mm, I can't see any AP 330mm disc that allows fitment without say 5-6mm of pad overhang!

Part number AP Racing CP3580-1130CR8 TT, CP3580-1131CR8 TT

Twoqu is correct, inside pad/friction material radius has to be machined, but I would call it as a minor point.

I don't have drawings available. I can measure if there will be an interest. bear in mind that mine offset could be different. I have request that brakes have to fit under my set of 17" wheels.

Will find out soon.... Don't know yet.
Will let you know. Majority of cost will be in material.

                  Brake Calipers bought on ebay
Bells and brackes are custom made.
Local company which made this set is well known in motorsport.

                    So 330X30mm?
Shame that even with the 190mm PCD you still have to modify the pads!
