    Hi!,

Cool!, tell us more. I know there are several others interested in this conversion.
What brackets did you use? Where there any pad underhang/overhang issues?

        Nice one George, looking good.

How do you find the performance? Did you have the standard S2 calipers on beforehand? Which pads did you use? I'll also echo Robin's questions.

OE RS2 caliper carrier are a direct bolt on, no spacers, no grinding.
The Pad sits inside the disc by a MM or so top and bottom, Great fit.

                  Looks good!
Who did you get the braided hoses from? I'm thinking of getting some for the caliper-strut.

It's worth checking the brake system again in a few days - do another bleed from the front calipers because you'll probably find that there's been a bit of air trapped in the system. Did you do a full bleed across all 4 calipers when you did your fluid change?

Enjoy your improved braking performance- it does give you a quicker car, and you can drive it more confidently IMHO. Nice one!

Full brake fluid flush, beld rear, front and clutch, re-bled after 48 hours.
Pads still bedding in only done about 30 miles, but results are good already.

You bled the clutch too - nice one!
Are you planning to keep the Halfords 5.1 in there long-term? Likewise the pads will you keep the Textars in there, or might you consider changing those at some other point? Enjoy!

One stage at a time, upgrade alone has improved feel and proformance, I will get used to this set up first and at the next change try and improve upon it,

Cheap upgrade, but not that cheap.

Does transform the car. I love mine.

Now you can start collecting parts for the rears.

Nice one. I'm impressed you've done the brakes first before going for any power mods - a wise choice IMHO!

I see you're looking to do the ARBS - are you thinking of upgrading? RS2 Front ARB and the "Whiteline" adjustable Rear ARB is a good option for the Coupe. Lots of info in here about that route.
