Just putting the finishing touches to my 300mm x 22 rear brake upgrade. Pretty happy with the results - got to get tgr bits hard anodised after which I'll post more details...

I used Rustys brackets as a start point, but they were not correct for the calipers I already had fitted - they were really handy for measuring, adding washers and measuring again...

Nice work, I used rusty's kit, took a bit of tweaking on the carriers to get the right clearance

Not had any time recently... but finally got the rear brakes completed.

Custom carrier adaptor (hard anodised), S4 300 x 22 disc, URS4 calipers. DS2500 pads..Disc has been machined to reduce the inside unswept brake area and grooved to match the front.
Hub drilled and tapped for stainless retaining screw

Road test and bedding in tomorrow...

Pics of the rear set up and of the front for comparison.... just fitted new DS2500 pads in the front too...

I might - I am not sure if there is sufficient interest...

I'll have a word with the machinist and see what he says about cost and lead time... then put up a thread to test the water....
