without spending a fortune, i dont have the time or money to be bothered with tricky conversion,so what is the best way to improve my braking ,everything is stock at the moment. Can i just add drilled or grooved disc with new pads just to the front or will i have to go all round, how much improvement would there be by doing this ,and how much roughly would it cost .I have just got myself a p/t job so i can afford to keep the S2
thanx guys
Grooved discs and a harder wearing pad would be the cheapest option to go for. Ive had drilled on mine and they start to crack around the drill holes. Grooved shouldnt, however they are a bit louder under braking.
The porsche option, altho expensive, is a straight bolt on fit, no messing around involved.

Ant, you're spot on about the drilling thing - that's what AP told me and they recommend grooved if you don't mind the extra noise (I don't).
Madshad, what's expensive to you? I can offer the full AP kit at £1,200 which is £400 off list price, if I can get five orders together. That's 25% off. At the moment I can still offer 23% which is £360+ off the standard price.
I'll be getting a set soon, but I need more feedback on this one!
