I just found an add about a complete set of calipers, both front and rear, from a RS2. Now, these calipers may be 968CS or 993TT. I was planning on going 996 and A8 disk. If they indeed are 993TT I'll buy them but what if they are 968CS? How do they compare to the 996 monoblocks? A buddy of mine has 993TT, awsome brakes with one drawback. You need 17" and I'd like to be able to run 16" in the winter. With 996's I'd be able to run a bigger disc than I would with 993TT. So how would the 968CS stand up to hard abuse? I guess the 968's would still be a massive improvment over stock brakes. How thick disc where they designed for? Any chance of squezeing in a 32?
