Headlight wiring differences

Are the h4+h1 and ellipsoid h1+h1 wirings similar or does the ellipsoid models keep low beams on when using high beams?

They are different Porkkis. Mik was going to do this mod. I think Paul said he might have the diagram on S2central some time in the future. When you go to high beam on the Ellipsods, low beam stays on.

Actually I don't recommend modding the wirings unless there is trouble with snow. I mean that the only reason why low beams stay on is that the heat mets snow.
Leaving lows on just harms focusing to the distance as there is a bright spot near the car.
