Changing Aux gauges for other type

Ok so there are 3 gauges, Oil temp & Pressure and Voltmeter.

My questions:

The Voltmeter can obviously be changed for another type of meter i.e one of these

as all that does is monitor the voltage from the battery. However, if i were to change the oil temp and pressure gauages for the same ones (BAR and degC) would it be just a straight swap, or would i need to change the pressure/temp senders on the engine to suit the new gauges?

These are the new ones i would like to put in to match my boost gauge and i like the look of them.
