Window up and down works fine, but when i press down, the one touch function auto winds my window, but only about half way, then stops, rest I have to wind down manually (using motor offcourse )
What mechanism stops the window at the end of its travel when in 'one touch' mode?
If it is based on voltage draw of the motor or some other such mechanism, then it could be that your window is sticking and therefore triggering the 'one touch' to stop, thinking it is at the bottom
What happens if you hold down the button whilst the window descends? Does it slow or stick or make a noise as it passes the point at which it usually stops?...this might suggest a skicky runner
Sorry...just grasping at straws

You know what you have got to change next then
Seriously, I had a crack repaired in my windscreen yesterday, and the Autoglass chap was a bit of a car buff and knew exactly what an S2 was. He said that the windscreens are one of the hardest to get right on the Coupe/S2, but even worse are the side windows. He said they are a pig to get properly aligned. IS it worth having another look at this, if you have had major surgery in that area recently?
