Even I have not proved(tried) it, my car is of ends of 1993, I am afraid that I change the ECU and the car does not start(extract)

I think you have an immobilised RS2 ECU and because it can't see the immobilser circuit it won't allow the car to start, or its broken, and you need a new one.
You need to get the part number off the ECUs to be sure.
