    aan engine into 3b coupe?

    Helow..
I bought S4 aan engine, which i want to swap it into my 3b coupe (I bought s2 coupe without engine)..I want to know, what everything I need to do this swap?I saw that many connectors doesn't fit from 3b coupe to AAN engine..I know i need to swap ignition but i'm searching people who succesfully did this swap.

the easiest way would be to change with wiring loom to an ABY/AAN look. The ABY & AAN are very similar.

Audiman is in the process of fitting an ABY loom to his 3B

I did this swap using an AAN engine and 91 Coupe Quattro. You'll need to get the wiring harness from a ABY S2 then start splicing in that harness and pulling out the parts of the 3b harness that you don't need. The wiring is by far the hardest part, I bought my car with most of the wiring already done but I have been replacing alot of it as I go to make sure its all up to my specs. You'll also need to get an S2/rs2 intake manifold or go with one of the aftermarket front facing manifolds like I did. Here is a link to my project thread were there is more info on what I did. Good luck.
