my car is fallig apart

well, almost.

first the aux gauge illumination failed. it is probably the relay (45eur at the dealer, it is not a commont relay).

2 days ago, while driving on the motorway, i lost the speed signal. the needle just dropped dead and the km clock stopped. the tempomat (cruise control) is not woriking since then. i tried swapping the cluster with another 100% working, but nothing changed... oh something did! now my air bag light is on all the time.

any help apreciated.

The airbag light always comes on after you've had the instrument cluster out.
You just need to clear the fault on VAG-COM and it'll go away.

really? that is strange, cuz i have removed the cluster several times, but this is the first time it stayed on. will try with vagcom. thanx.
