    Passenger window problem

    Hi
I now live in Queensland and am desperatly in the process of fixing my Air-con which has a leak somewhere, so in the mean time i drive with the windows down, and sunroof open (Its hot!!).
Recently i have had a problem where the passenger window refuses to work of either button, when i press the driver button, the light in the passenger switch goes out then back on when i release the button, i play with the buttons for a few tries and eventually it works again.
Any idea's?, i thought possibly the main relay, but surely if that was faulty nothing would work, yet i can still operate the drivers window and the sunroof.
    All the best
    Graham

Sounds like motor is on its way out, had this on a golf. It turned out to be water ingress in motor had wrecked it. It was an intermitent failure for ages but if the light goes out on the switch when you use the other one for the same window that sounds very much like there is juice getting to the motor but its not well!

********, does anybody have a spare what they want to sell??
Cheers for the info, i thought there wouldnt be a relay fault as the relay powers the sunroof and drivers side aswell.
      Thanks
