Does anyone know if an alternator from a 2.5 TDI (140a) will fit on a rs2 in place of the 120a ?

I put a 2.8 30v A4 B5 alternator on my ABY, just had to change the plastic covers over other than that was exactly the same and had no problems with it. -
That's good to know. I got a 90amp off a S6 but tried to swap the pulleys and they're different. Shame that the old pulley got damaged

I used a 150 Amp unit from a C6 A6 4.2 Just needed to change the pulley and one of the steel inserts on one of the mounts.. same dims and same mounting style.www.quattro.ca
