Sensor wiring question

Hello, it's been ages since I took the manifolds off now and I have forgotten where some connectors go as they don't have the original connectors.

Hopefully someone can help with colours and locations.

Also have another issue that need fixing (3rd pic)

Your 2 pin after run sensor should have a red / green wire and a red wire
For the mfts it's blue / white to pin 2, blue/brown pin 1, blue/black pin 3, blue / yellow pin 4
