Cost of external temp sensor

I know the A3 one is mounted straight into the back of the lower grille.

Yeah, it faces forwards, It's mounted in a little bracket on the vertical support that runs down from the slam panel, just below the nearside headlight.
I'll try and dig the part number out for the bracket from the FA, I'm sure I looked for Paulgo last year.

Unfortunately yes at the moment. It means that we don't have any of the white stuff and after me forking out to buy 4 snow tires

Here's a pic showing the bracket quite well from an avant that was being broken. Im looking to retrofit one to my 3B so could do with one myself

I may well stand to be corrected but I think the part no is 893 820 297
