OK so my front washer stopped working now the wipers seem to come on when they feel like it only randomly, they still work with the stalk but also just come on now and then without me touching anything. Any ideas

I'd go with stalk personally.. test for voltage at pump -
Was thinking that but all the positions still work on the stalk too

My wipers behave oddly and I'm putting that down to the stalk / wear / dirt / damp affecting it. The intermittent position sometimes engages continual wipe mode as well as continual wipe mode. Had similar odd behaviour on headlamp side but a clean and de tarnish of the contacts sorted it. I'm not so bothered to fix this issue as they always work whereas tje headlamps didn't. Not using car for a while seems to cause the issue to occur which leads me to think it is a dirt or damp issue...Comment
