I couldn't find any when I looked. You can repair them.
Either drill a small hole and thread a new cable tie through the hole. Or, glue and tape the broken part back on. Both methods work.
Replacing with a straight cable tie isn't recommended as it pulls the loom into contact with the water pipe which gets very hot. Original ties hold the loom off the pipie.
