Fog light alignment

I have a strange issue with my fog lights. My car failed mot and along with other things my right side fog light is pointing too up. The beam pattern also seem to be upside down.

This is how the lights look inside. This is the left one which has the reflector on the downside.

This is the right one which was pointing too up. Reflector on the upside.

So my question is that is this the correct? These are brand new from Hella and it would be weird if they assembled these incorrectly at the factory. If anyone could remove their fog lights and maybe take a picture how they should look inside?

Compare partnumbers. Looks like you have 2 identical fog lights. (Left hand)

The part numbers are different and both glasses are the right way round.

I also posted on facebook about this and someone suggested that I got rebuilt items instead of new ones.

Anyway, I will have to the right side light apart and see is there anything that can be done to flip the beam cutter.
