    Anyone know what this is on the engine? Oil leak...

    I seem to have sprung an unexpected oil leak.. rather frustrating...
    what would be your suggestion on fixing this?

    Renew part attached also? Im scared to tighten this...

      1.8bar oil pressure switch 056919081E
      It leaks through the plastic part so tightening wont help unfortunately.
      I got a OEM one from VW dealer to try and get best quality.
      Looks like your rubber boot that fits over the switch is missing but its part of the loom so is not listed.

              looks like you've also got a leak from the thermostat / water hose area
