  • 7a injection help

I know this ain't the most loved engine and management system ever but i'm working with what i've got for now lol! I'm trying to get the engine to show signs of life before i spend money on fixing everything up.

The car has likely sat for 10 years before i got my hands on it.

At the moment, none of the injectors are being triggered (1 is cobfirmed dead because hitachi lol). I have checked the wiring on the positive side of them and that's fine, i need to check continuity to the ecu still.

What inputs does the 7a ecu need in order to trigger the injectors? I feel it's unlikely that all 5 drivers in the ecu would be dead from sitting for so long and that i need to be looking elsewhere at this point.

    thanks

OMG! Look like they've been cut
Can you get spares over there? If not, knock sensors are available here.

Yeah, i can get the sensors easily enough. Cheapo chinesium but for the purposes of getting signs of life for the moment, good enough.

And ya, silicone..... that has shrunk and it all leaks anyways. My guess at the moment is the sunroof drains are jammed solid.

And no, there are no good reasons why i bought this car..... really not sure why i did, i must be bored
