Indicators not working

OK peeps I've tried searching on here found a few helpful threads but still no luck, My hazard lights work fine but indicators don't even though the relay that clicks with the hazards clicks when I put the indicators on please

The first I'd place check is the stalk and it's conection block.

I get this occasionally. Give the top of the cluster a tap.

After hours of searching through the 30 year old worn out wiring and checking everything you can imagine we found the fault Dodgy hazard light switch Never though that would be it, hazard lights worked fine but whatever the issue inside the switch stopped the indicators from working.

One for the check list if anyone has a problem in the future

Came here to say hazard light switch, going through a 3b thats been off the road since 2008. Dealt with the same issue last week

Do they have some sort of circuitry to combine the two systems inside the switch then?

Other good news, my right side indicator now works after not working for many years
