Aby wiring loom info

So to cut a long story short the engine loom from my aby was removed along with the dash etc so the complete loom could be removed from where it connects inside the car. However now its being put back together with a custom loom my wiring guy seems to think something essential is missing.
could someone please tell me what connectors/ plugs are intergrated with engine harness behind the dash.

Theres a section that runs across the car to the aux relay holder by drivers side knee area. Its for the clocks and the aux water pump relay. You also have an ambient sensor that mounts to the passenger side a post. 2 wires go to the aux gauges in centre console. The rest go to the fuse box itself
