Changed the long urs6 light on the boot, ever since then, I don't hear the beep when locking the car. Central locking works perfectly except for the beep when locking the car. Any ideas?

No bleep means one of the lock indicators is open. Happens most often for me if the bonnet isn't fully closed or the tailgate hasn't been slammed hard enough to shut.
Given you've been working on the light in the boot, maybe the boot latch is the culprit? -
