Has anyone ever repaired the shielded o2 wire? My engine end is not good. There are two wires in there.. a signal to pi 28 on Ecu and a ground to pin 19 on Ecu. What do i need to do with the ground on the sensor connector end? Does it just hang out in there? Do i connect it to the shielding? The signal wire obviously goes to the single wire sensor.
Thanks guy!
If it's snapped on top of the sensor and you've got no tails to work with just buy a new sensor, they're not expensive and if it's original or of unknown age it probably wants replacing anyway.
