After the recent +ve postings discussing LED's, particularily those sourced from the company ULtraLED's. I thought it important to add some personal feedback from attemping a return of two unsuitable LED's (they didn't fit the car) to the company for a refund.

I found the company to be agressive in their telehone manner, un-helpful and frankly rude in what is a very simple matter. Fortunately, I returned the items recorded delivery and had proof that the items had been with them for over a week. In the call the company blamed, me, Royal Mail and everyone bar themselves before finally acknowledging that they had to have recieved the products back at the wharehouse.

They then angled toward not paying due to 'had I opened the packaging', which fortunately I had not... Even then I was told on many occasions whilst making my case for a fair refund, with proof, that I was blocking the one and only sales line and I should 'hurry up'.

Eventually, after twisting and turning they agreed to refund the frankly small amound I was due of £19.96. I would suggest forum members look elsewhere for LED's in future.

I personally will not be buying from them again.....

    Update

On a more positive note, I have now recieved emails confirming the due refund, as well as my postage costs. However, am still stunned from their 'unique' style of customer interaction...

Glad I am not the only one who thinks they need to attend 'customer management and satisfaction 101' classes along with Total Audi

It is a shame, as they offer the brightest LED products, but I would rather suffer with dim lighting than spend another penny with a company with that sort of attitude.

Fack it, let's go national with this and destroy them...Muhahahaha

      Cheers n

Thought about buying from them here as well as they appeared to be the only plausible supplier of a particular led item I was after... but when they failed to answer the question I asked them (by email) I didn't trouble them with anything more complex (like an order).

        Ck.
Shocked, exhausted, hosed, bushed, dumped, chipped, mounted, filtered, gauged, packed, intermittantly wiped and braked. I mean broken. Now, about the car...
