    What does this do?

    Hi Guys

    Please could someone tell me what the blue plug connects to and what it does?

    When the engine's cold it's silent, but when the engine gets up to temperature it ticks so loud I can hear it inside the car.

          Looks like the carbon canister valve which is connected into the PCV system
