Hi All
Just a question but is it possible to fitt projecter headlamps to a 1991 S2??
Someone told me that it was not possible because of the different wattage that the lamps require?
Some Guidance please
Cheers
David
The only problem would be location of the ballast units correct?
What other problems or booby traps may there be?
Yes they can. Where there's a will, there's a way.
No other booby traps.
One ballast is secured to the top of the oil cooler ducting, a very tight fit to then get the foglight back in, but it goes. The two bolts I've used to secure the ballasts clip protrude down into the oil cooler ducting (see pic) I can thgen get a pair of pliers on the end of the bolt and pull down slightly whilst sliding the fog back in.
Other side is secured on top of the rad fan resistor pack.
Also a very tight squeeze getting the H3 HID bulb inside the fog, then getting the cap on. But again, it juuust say fits.
