Blink Codes!!!!!!!!!

Hi

Well yesterday i´ve tried to link my car to blink codes and i have a problem because when i link -ve to led in pin blue and +ve in pin black the led turns on and never turns off!!The ignition in turned off.And the fuse is not link.Anyone knows the cause of this happens??

What about when you start the blink sequence?

When i put the fuse on pin -ve in black connector and other side of fuse in pin L on brown connector the led still on and not blink!!They always still on!!What happen with my car!!!

Turn the igniton on, then connect -ve on the black connector to the L pin on the brown connector for just over 4 seconds. The LED should then flash the codes.

Yesterday i've tried to turn on the ignition and connect -ve on the black connector to the L pin on the brown connector and i wait 4 seconds and nothing the led still on and not blinking.Why this wappen??
