    3B chips and ECU problem

    I obtained a pair of second hand chips for the 3B ECU ....484.
    The problem is that no boost control seems to be present. 250kPa MAP sensor has been installed also.
    Should the ECU be modified further to get it working?
    Paul? Mihnea? Please help.

      I heard that one component should be removed and replaced by a jumper. Didn't help. Any other ideas?

          No boost control... Chips made by who? Are you sure they are not one of those bad MTM? racing chips without boost control and so on?

              The stickers on the chips say "SRS 280hp". These might be what ever and therefore I'll ditch them and find something proper.

                      Probably yes, I've been told they're Swedish. But I decided to obtain something else so I don't care anymore about these.
