You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
hi all i am in the proses in changing the mtfs and the sender at the bottom of the radiator for the cooling fan and both have less terminals. the new mfts has 3 where as the old one has 4. now i have looked through some of the links and seen stuff about the 3 pin mtfs but am still no wiser about if it was replaced the 4pin one or if it is still avalible. as for the one at the bottom of the rad are all 3 terminals used?

The MTFS is now 3 pin so you'll be fine fitting the one you have got there.
As for the Rad Fan switch IIRC you need the the 3 pin version not the 2 pin. (Can't say for sure on the 3B though).
If you unplug the switch in your car you can see how many pins it has. If the one on the car has 3 pins then you will need a 3pin as a replacement. The different pins control the rad fan speeds.
