Central locking - locks but won't unlock

My central locking locks the car but won't unlock it.

I've swapped the door actuators with known good ones but no luck - is this a dodgy pump? or a relay or similar issue?

any BTDT with this kind of thing?

would it still lock with an air leak?

think i might have a spare pump.. might try swapping that tomorrow see if it works

I Had the opposite problem, the car would unlock, but not lock on the central locking.

Problem turned out to be one of the linkages in the passenger door fouling on the door card. A quick re-alignment and it all worked again.

Might be worth checking next time you have the door card off? I was able to feel which linkage was catching by moving them all by hand.
