Hi guys - had to replace the bulbs in my new heated seat switches, so thought i'd do a quick how-to. Apologies for the rather poor quality pics
This will work for the rotary dash switches - so the heated seat switches and also the headlight adjustment switch.
First, carefully prise the switch out of the rail using a flatblade.
Pull the switch off the loom and onto you desk / bench.

Carefully prise the face off at the edge again using a flatblade.

Next you want to prise the casing off the switch mechanism itself. I used a sharp knife. Lever against the 4 barbed plastic tabs (2 on each side)

Then slide the housing off the switch assembly

Next, use your trusty flatblade to lever the red plastic casing off the circuit board. This is held on with little studs that are fitted into the circuit board itself. The rotary wheel will come away upward with it - be careful to keep the wheel and red casing together - there is a tiny metal ball bearing which gives the "click" onto each setting - this is VERY easy to lose!!!

If you are curious like me, this is where it sits under the wheel.

Now you need to remove that blown bulb. Heat up your soldering iron if you haven't done so already
You ahve probably guessed alreayd that this is your problem: Unsolder it then bin it
