034high output ignition coils with a Megasquirt

Today we tried to install a set of 034high output ignition coils with a Megasquirt ECU (temporarliy) on my car. Everything is fine except serious processor reset. Have you had any similar experiences with this coils? If I leave the spark plugs out od the engine, they spark fine, and there are no processor resets. When under load in combustion cahember processor resets start. I tried all possible combinatios of cranking dwell (4 to 6ms), running dwell(3 to 4ms) and discarge times from 0.1 to 0.5ms but without success.
Any helpful advice will be appreciated. I alo installed a capacitor but id didn't help.

FWIW I run similar high output coils (same coil, but no built in driver) on my S6 with VEMS, 3.5MS dwell, no problems. The non-transistorized coils I know will take *up to* 8ms of dwell, I cant say the same for the transistorized version as I have no experience with them.
