But what a difference so if yuo ever have a intermitenent ?? Too late now maybe?

But what about changing to the 034 individual coils mounted on the bulkhead, and just a plug lead going into the spark plug areas /mad hot furnace?

I am assuming that they work as well as they are supposed to, with no problems?

Has anyone got them installed or any experience of these 034 coils, ( btw, not the less expensive 1.8T upgrade 034 also does ).

    Kind regards.

OEM coil packs can last 120k miles in the furnace... When they die (and they do) just replace them. I've nothing against 034 of course, but who do you think has invested more money into designing, manufacturing, testing of coil packs - 034 or Bosch ?

I also think the coils mounted to the bulkhead looks shyte... then you have those clumsy HT leads to squeeze under the cam cover - which might be possible on 3B cover but not ABY / AAN.

well i was told i would be better of getting o.e coils by more than one person and them 1.8 t coils everyone i know who was then on a car has had problems with them.. and as for the high output ones are they better than o.e ones i think they probably are not ( from as far as i can tell ) so for once im sticking to something o.e
