Is that because of the immobilizer? We, in North America, once had somebody flogging "real" RS2 chips. One of my club members bought the chips and installed in his 93 S4 but they did not work at all. (This was years ago now). At the time, we did not know that there were any immobilizers in any UrS cars, including the RS2 or some S2s.
Does this make any sense?

Its NOT just about immos, but yes they can cause complications if you dunno whats what.
RS2 chips need green injectors, a 3bar MAP in the ECU and an RS2 turbo to run anyway right on an ABY or AAN setup. With the wrong cams and EM then problems could be had with mixture and performance levels.

Oh - THAT is different. I thought you were trying to run ADU software on stock ABY.
