    testing pos units...how?

    ive now got 5 POS'S that ive collected as and when they've come up cheap.
    Is there a procedure for testing these? just want to put the best on my car. I imagine i'll need a votmetre to test resistance?

      I think if they work, they work. I'm not sure an ohm meter will tell you anything except if a channel has shorted.

      I think these are big BJTs and I don't think you can characterise them passively.
