How to connect AAN engine gauges with senders

Hello, I'm new in your forum please don't beat me

I want to harness my gauges (oil pressure/temperature, coolant temperature and extra warning buzzer light of oil). The problem that I don't realy know where from take wires to my gauges, don't have schemes

    http://forums.audiworld.com/s4s6/msgs/148742.phtml

this link is 3b engine but sensors are the same like mine.

So I have some questions for people who can help

for coolant temperature gauge I can take signal from "coolant temperature sender" G62 in picture right?

what's the meaning of "oil pressure switch" F1 ???? what this sender does?what for it exist?

"oil pressure swicth F22 and oil pressure gauge sender G10 "

I understand that this gauge sender play the role of two things?

From G10 I connect wiress for oil pressure, and what for is F22 ????

and there from I should use wire for oil temperature?

Sorry for mistakes and formulation, I believe I'll get answers to my questions

    Hello...

If you can read schematics, then you'll enjoy www.s2central.net - follow the technical pages to the ABY engine wiring, but I must ask if you are fitting AAN engine to a B3/B4 Audi 80 or Coupe - then those schematics are perfect.

To your specific questions... G62 is coolant temp sensor for the ECU only - this does NOT go the instrument cluster.

There is a device called the multi-function temperature sensor (MFTS - search for that) - this is F76 which connects to your cluster gauge and the AUtocheck warning system.

There are two oil pressure switches - F1 and F22 - both connect to Autocheck for visual / audible warnings depending on engine speed. One goes at 1.8bar. The other at 0.3bar.

The oil pressure sender is integrated with one of the oil pressure switches - can't remember which. Search the forum and www.sjmautotechnik.com for good info - my own site doesn't cover this area yet

The oil temp sender is near the oil pump.

Its all pretty simple if you can read the schematics - ask me any questions on those if you need help.
