    Hey FLoppy!

I've still got to find a good high beam bulb that comes any where near matching HID. I use Osram Silver stars right now, but they are no where near HID!

How much were the Turbo S scoops?

        Cool!

Post a picture when you've fitted them. I wonder what the positioning lights are??:

"Fits every P93 Euro or US version with standard or Turbo bumper cover.
The intake feeds extra air to the oil cooler and A/C condenser.
        Comes with positioning lights."

Congratulations on a great choice they look great.

You might want to change the lights that come with the scoops. They are Hella units but complete ***** as they are merely 'marker' lamps with no reflector and a 'massive' 8 watt bulb.
The standard upgrade used by Porsche owners is the PIAA 002X Extreme white Driving lamp, I fiited these to mine and they fit perfectly.

          Mark.

Ok i will do that! But first i've to paint them and getting a rs-2 bumper first
So this will take 3 weeks i think.

The positioning lights are 4 watt very weak
they aren't fog lights like the rs-2 ones, but you can also buy piaa bulbs upgrade. here's a link: http://www.cuberootconsulting.com/gallery/albun08

Though the piaa's are expensive i think, its a very shiny upgrade

By the way, the service of carnewall is very very good
ordered it today, shipping is tomorrow and they give you good advice and answers.

              Floppy

ps: don't want to pull you over the line but it looks very nice! (look at mark halligan's car)

they were a bit expensive, I got got them from here , I'm sure that they did not cost me that much though, looks like they might have gone up in price. Had to wait two months for delivery too .

I should be getting these from a supplier in Germany today but a LOT cheaper than 275 Euros - I think they have the Hella spots/candles as well.

I am getting the dahlabck copies(like Marks), the big scoop (like Jubjubs) and the half scoops that you use a Mk3 Golf spot light with.

I'll take some pics, hopefully tonight. I wanted to see what all 3 sets looked like before decided on which to go for.

                          I'll sell the others on.

To be honest though - I think I prefer the RS2 foglights.

I do too, the Rs2 front looks a bit too dark when you take away the white of the fog lamps....Just a shame they keep getting bust.I think i noticed Lee's at GTI with a cracked fog, and it always the passenger one that goes
