    Cruise control positioning

My engine was repaired and the guy who did it don't remember how the cruise control was placed/fixed under the bonnet. Does anyone have a photo of it?

If you have an S2 its a bit different, i know part of it fixes to the FPR mounting, someone on here may be able to take a pic of theirs for you.

Yes, now I can see that it actually goes somewhere down. I hope this helps.

Does anyone have a picture or drawing on how/where is fixed the other side back in the engine bay?

No photo to hand but the other end bolts to the 2 earth studs on the IM. The two bolts which have brown wires connected to them via ring tags are the earth studs. Hope this helps...I don't have cruise to take a piccy.

Thanks Doug, I appriciate your help. Here in Estonia any of my friends with S2 or S4 doesn't have cruise control.
BTW I did some rallying last week on hilly, twisty gravel roads and the result is a banana shape corod which will be replaced soon. Keep on going and moding all of you S2 fans.
