aby fuse ?

can anyone help...... aby engine...ive got a fuse blowing and i dont know what its for ?its located at the front of the fuse box and is one of the horizontal fuses,its housed with anothe fuse in a red holder with the words .... moteur motor....written on it,,,the one thats blowing is the one on the left as you look from the front ?????????

any ideas.... i know it has a listing on the fuse box cover but id rather someone tell me in case someone else has had this problem....

I may be wrong but is that not the fuse for the ECU?

cheers folks ?? this s2 will not start ... there is no spark..... would this fuse be to blame do you wrekon ????? previous thoughts as to no spark was the hall sender ??? i wanted to sort the fuse issue b4 proceeding with the hall sender what do you think ???

As Rob says above, it's the fuse for the coilpacks. If that goes = no spark.
The wiring from the coilpacks to the power output stages can crack and degrade over time. If you've got the fuse blowing I'd expect you've got some bare wiring shorting out or a coilpack dead.

Lift the coilpack cover off and check the wiring.

Jas11n is on the money here I reckon... Fairly boring and fiddly task to wire in new coilpacks, but not horrific though... You might find a really obvious area of damage when you examine the wires which could be patched as a temporary fix, but you'd be better renewing all the coilys for peace of mind.
