Hit boost and all went dead - help

As above, out this morning bedding in brakes, hit boost - braking , hit boost and engine cut out.

Tried to restart and seemed like no petrol getting in, no smell of excess fuel either so would this be the fuel pump fuse?


Really not sure what else .... apart from a blocakge in the fuel line.

Opened boot to listen to the pump, not a wisper .... hmmmm

and the fix is ?

Bet you've blown a hose off the inlet. Better check it all and make sure. I've done this by blowing off a hose on a couple of occasions.

I second Andy's sugestion. Had the same exact symptoms the other day when an IC hose blew off on a S4.

Inlet hose attached from IC?

Makes sense ..

I have had this before and gives loads of steam out the back ... will check though ..
