    Dashboard switches fogs etc

Does anyone know which of the six connectors on the dashboard switches does what?

I'm guessing that there will be the two lines that are to be switched, a power feed when the lights are on and a general power feed and earth so that's 5 and there are 6 connectors on the back! I'll be off to maplin to get a multimeter in the morning which will solve the problem but if anyone does know that'd be great.

    Cheers

I'll have to have a look at my tdi when I pick it up I did wire in the front fog light switch recently so was messing with that.

What are you trying to do out of interest?

Planning on using a couple of spares as the switches for Eco & Sport for my new homefried ECU! Thought that the two blank spots would be ideal for the new switches the next thing is figuring out how to change the symbols shown on the switches.

Isn't the sixth used when connecting two switches together, as in front and rear fogs?

Inspired idea on the "funk" button

                .

Cant it be done with one switch...ecu line high or low depending on if the switch is on or off?

So 'FUNK' on or 'FUNK' off...not meaning to be rude...
