Headlamp Glass Query... Advise Please..

Looking to freshen up the front lights on my 95 ABY Coupe, they have a few minor chips etc.

Does the lamp glass come as a seperate part or as part of the replacement headlamps ??

The glass looks to be able to be un clipped but I didn't want to try without asking you knowledgeable bunch

Yes the glass can be removed, can can be ordered seperately. From memory on searching on these forums about £40 for the lens but that was from vagparts, have no idea on parts price from dealers.
Be careful when removing the clips, the glass can crack, also, the seal can be stuck well in there, so take your time seperating them, working your way around the lens and not putting excessive pressure on any one spot.

Great stuff, £40 ish a lense is a whole lot better than new lamps

i had a set ov aby headlights on a previous coupe i owned had one smashed they were 50 pound per lense from audi which was cheap i thought

£50 is not to bad from the stealer I suppose.

I'm guessing that the seal and the clips should be ordered too or can these be re used, obviously would depend on the condition once removed, what state were yours in ?
