Flashing Rear Fog & Rear Demister Lights

Hi,

Tried to search but found nothing, so heres my problem.

When i turn on my rear wiper nothing happens and all i get is both the yellow triangle lights of the rear fog & window flashing every 10 secs, then they randomly stop.

What Does this mean is this a vag way of sayin somethings wrong or just a bad earth/electrical fault!!!

Also sometimes when i turn the rear demister on, the demister triangle light and rear fog light-light both stay on together.

Anyone had/has this problem?

Hi i had the same problem after cleaning all earth points with no result i traced the fault to pitted contacts in the switch,s it might work for you
