    Root Cause analysis: RHS Driver's mirror/ Mirror-switch

    Peeps,

    Since I bought the s4 three years ago the drivers side mirror has never worked, despite trying with via the module in the dash. I have no idea which end is the cause however I have in the last 12 hours removed the front of the centre console and have accessed the switch. Has anyone experienced this before ? I should add that the module DOES manage the passenger mirror, illuminates when lit etc - if this points to the mirror - how to diagnose?

      no takers... no one has ever had an elec side mirror that ceased working before...?
